St. Hilary Church began recording Sacramental Records on January 1952. All prior sacramental records would be located at our mission church, St. Francis Xavier in Pico Rivera. Please contact the parish office to place your request for a Sacramental Record directly with the parish Secretary at: (562) 942-7300 ext.210.

The parish office is open Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

Here are some important facts to know before calling St. Hilary:

  • Parents (or) Legal Guardians can only request sacramental certificates for their children under the age of 18. A person over the age of 18 is considered an Adult, and St. Hilary respects every individuals right to privacy.

  • An Adult over the age of 18 must call in their own request themselves. The same applies for picking up completed certificates.

  • Godparents, spouses, siblings, in-laws or friends cannot request sacramental records. The same applies for picking up completed certificates.

  • Priest, Women Religious & Deacons can request Sacramental Records on your behalf.
    These requests are to be made in writing and faxed to the parish office at: (562) 948-3760.

  • Sacramental Records can never be faxed, scanned or e-mailed.

  • There is a fee for every Sacramental Certificate printed, please contact the parish office for more information.

  • When requesting a Sacramental Certificate dates are very important, so please try to help us by providing an approximate year, grade in school or your age when your Sacrament was made.

  • Sacramental Records can be mailed, please contact the parish secretary for further instructions.
